Bayesian Statistical Investigation into Disparities in Professional Competence among Physical Fitness Coaches in China
Employing Bayesian statistical methods,this study delves into group disparities in the professional competence of physical fitness coaches in China,aiming to offer valuable insights for elevating the overall standard of professional competence in this domain.The findings reveal that male physical fitness coaches demonstrate superior professional competence compared to their female counterparts.Furthermore,coaches aged 31-45 exhibit heightened professional competence compared to those under 30.Moreover,coaches holding a doctoral degree display greater professional competence than their counterparts with a bachelor's degree.Additionally,coaches with over 11 years of coaching experience demonstrate higher professional competence compared to those with less than 5 years of experience.Bayesian statistical data provide moderate to strong evidence supporting these observed differences.
