摘要
研究目的:在研读足球运动项目灵敏素质测试文献基础上,对足球灵敏素质测试方法进行分析和归纳总结,为足球运动项目灵敏素质测试研究提供参考.研究方法:本文主要运用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法.在足球项目中,运动员的灵敏素质是一项复杂的、综合性的身体素质之一,其测试方法主要有快速改变方向速度测试、反应灵敏测试.研究结果:①快速改变方向速度测试虽然需要的仪器设备较少,但是其测试过程缺乏感知决策,与足球运动实际不符.②反应灵敏测试虽然在测试过程中让受试者有了感知决策环节,更符合运动实际,但是也有其缺点.结论:目前国内在灵敏素质领域的研究与国外相比有较大差距.建议:密切关注国外在灵敏素质领域的研究成果,以补充完善相关知识.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to comprehensively understand and summarize the methods employed in agility assessment in soccer by reviewing relevant literature.The goal is to provide insights that can serve as a reference for agility assessment research in soccer within our country.METHOD:The primary methods utilized in this study include literature review and logical analysis.Agility,as a complex and integral physical attribute in the sport of soccer,is evaluated through tests such as speed testing with rapid change of direction and reaction time testing.RESULTS:(1)Rapid change of direction speed testing,despite its minimal equipment requirements,lacks perceptual decision-making in its testing process,deviating from the practical aspects of soccer.(2)Reaction time testing,incorporating perceptual decision-making,aligns more closely with real sports situations but has its inherent limitations.CONCLUSION:Current domestic research in the field of agility falls behind international standards.SUGGESTION:Keep a vigilant eye on international research developments in agility to supplement and refine our understanding of relevant knowledge.
