A Comprehensive Experimental Study on Rehabilitating Shoulder Joint Injuries in Weightlifting
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the rehabilitative effects of different recovery methods following shoulder joint injuries in weightlifting training.METHODS:Using an experimental control approach,20 athletes with shoulder joint injuries were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group underwent 40 minutes of daily comprehensive shoulder joint rehabilitation training, while the control group received acupuncture and massage for the same duration. The experiment lasted 8 weeks, during which data on shoulder joint injuries and physical functions of weightlifting athletes were documented and analyzed.RESULTS:In comparison with the control group, the experimental group exhibited more pronounced performance in flexibility and functional aspects.CONCLUSION:The experiment demonstrates that comprehensive rehabilitation training shows greater efficacy in shoulder joint recovery, effectively lowering the risk of secondary sports injuries for athletes.SUGGESTION:We advocate for the widespread adoption of this method in sports injury rehabilitation and training.
