目的:探究柔性振动杆主动振动训练对拳击运动员步态和平衡能力的影响,以便提供科学、有效的训练方法和指导.本文研究对象为高校拳击运动员,分为观察组(柔性振动杆训练)和对照组(常规训练).利用 10-Meter Walk Test(10MWT)、Timed Up and Go Test(TUGT)和 Berg Balance Scale(BBS)等评估步态和平衡能力的指标进行8周的干预训练.结果显示:①柔性振动杆主动振动训练显著提高了拳击运动员的步行能力,与常规训练相比更为有效.②在复杂运动任务中,观察组表现出更显著的优势,涉及动作协调、肌肉控制和平衡能力的促进.③柔性振动杆训练在平衡能力方面也取得了显著的正面效果.
A Study on the Influence of 8-Week Active Vibration Training with a Flexible Vibration Rod on the Gait and Balance Ability of Boxing Athletes
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the influence of active vibration training using a flexible vibration rod on the gait and balance abilities of boxing athletes,with the goal of providing scientifically sound and effective training methods and guidance.University-level boxing athletes were divided into an observation group(undergoing flexible vibration rod training)and a control group(undergoing conventional training).The intervention consisted of an 8-week training period,during which assessments such as the 10-Meter Walk Test(10MWT),Timed Up and Go Test(TUGT),and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)were employed to evaluate gait and balance abilities.RESULTS:(1)Active vibration training with a flexible vibration rod significantly enhanced the walking capacity of boxing athletes,proving more effective than conventional training.(2)In complex motor tasks,the observation group exhibited more notable advantages,particularly in promoting action coordination,muscle control,and balance abilities.(3)Flexible vibration rod training also demonstrated a significant positive impact on balance abilities.
