Digital Governance Perspectives on the Community Fitness Public Service Governance Community:Intelligent Logic,Development Practice,and Precision Strategy
Through methods such as literature review and on-site research,this study thoroughly dissects the intelligent governance logic,development practices,and precision strategies of the community fitness public service governance community from the perspective of digital governance.The research findings indicate:(1)Grounded in the digital governance perspective,the intelligent governance logic of the community fitness public service governance community manifests in shared responsibility,with a new digital paradigm empowering the governance community,promoting individual responsibility,leveraging digital technology for community governance,and propelling the governance community with a novel digital model.(2)District P in Shanghai,through strategic development planning,reinforces top-level design,innovates smart applications,bolsters technical support,conducts dynamic assessments,establishes a standardized system for practical exploration,and propels the construction of the community fitness public service governance community through intelligent governance driving,empowerment,and judgment.Building upon the aforementioned analysis,this paper proposes precision strategies:fortify the community digital governance system,underscore value guidance,and articulate innovative principles;enhance the community's intelligent brain system,innovate governance technology,and upgrade public fitness infrastructure;refine the community digital governance system,optimize governance operational conditions,and innovate governance institutional mechanisms.
