Dilemmas and Remedies:A Study on the High-Quality Development of Grassroots Sports Organizations in China
This study utilizes methods such as literature review and interviews to analyze the main challenges and development opportunities faced by grassroots sports organizations in China,against the backdrop of policies aimed at building a strong sports nation.With a focus on the characteristics of grassroots sports organizations,this study delves into their issues and proposes strategies for alleviation and achieving high-quality development.The findings highlight the significant role played by grassroots sports organizations in enriching grassroots sports content,enhancing the physical and mental well-being of the population,promoting comprehensive social development and construction,preserving traditional folk sports culture,and upholding the spirit of Chinese sports in the overall development of the sports industry.However,current challenges include identity confusion and conflicts,a lack of centralized activity organization resulting in unsustainable growth,inadequate infrastructure and supporting sports services,a shortage of professional guidance and management personnel,and a need for increased attention from relevant authorities.Given the evolving societal landscape,sports'role in enhancing social cohesion has become increasingly prominent.In response to the demands for grassroots sports organizations'development,this study proposes practical remedies to address the root causes of the existing dilemmas,aiming to provide valuable insights for the high-quality development of grassroots sports organizations in China.
