A Brief Analysis of the Status Quo and Preventive Measures of Sports Injuries among Parkour Participants——A Case Study of Qingdao City
Employing research methods like literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the prevailing sports injuries among parkour participants in Qingdao.The analysis encompasses the frequency and severity of sports injuries,along with a cross-analysis of injury severity and treatment methods.The objective is to comprehensively understand the current state of sports injuries among parkour participants in Qingdao,thereby elucidating general patterns and offering insights for injury prevention.The findings reveal a notable incidence of sports injuries among parkour participants,with the ankle,wrist,and knee joints being particularly susceptible.Predominant injury types include abrasions,joint sprains,and muscle strains,primarily categorized as mild to moderate in severity.Psychological factors,such as a keen desire for daring maneuvers,inadequate physical fitness,and insufficient technical proficiency,are identified as major contributors to injuries.Moreover,outdoor hard surfaces emerge as high-risk zones for parkour-related injuries.
