A Study on Synergistic Governance of Urban Folk Sports Brand Consumption Scenarios Based on SFIC Model
The resolution of prominent issues within folk sports consumption scenes through collaborative approaches involving diverse stakeholders represents a new direction for the inheritance and development of folk sports culture. This paper utilizes methods such as literature review, expert interviews, and logical analysis, combined with scenario theory,to analyze the logical motives, development constraints, and promotion paths for the reconstruction of urban folk sports brand consumption scenes in the new era. Results indicate that logical motives involve the evolution of urban folk sports brand consumption scenes from functional to cultural, from singular to spatiotemporal, and from habitual to diverse,as time progresses.Development constraints include the lack of systematic organic coordination in regional resource management, the absence of cyclic design in traditional governance among stakeholders, the lack of cross-industry integration led by the market, and the deficiency of collaborative mechanisms within platform functions.Proposed promotion paths suggest strengthening multidimensional production in virtual spaces to facilitate the transformation of cultural service functions, clarifying the government's market-leading direction to create a comprehensive collaborative mechanism, and encouraging diverse industries to break boundaries and integrate, fostering a pattern of circular development in the industry.
