摘要
以赛事服务运行规范为研究对象,通过查阅相关资料,归纳赛事服务的定义,总结和梳理国内外赛事服务策略、赛事志愿服务及其质量、观众服务风险管理等方面的研究成果.结果发现:国外关于赛事服务的研究起步早于国内,但其赛事服务理念与我国国情社情并不完全相适应,我国尚未构建出一套完整的具有普适性的国内赛事服务标准,缺乏对于赛事服务的深层次研究,关于赛事服务还有很多问题有待于进一步深入探讨.
Abstract
This study focuses on the standardization of event service operations.By reviewing relevant literature,it summarizes the definition of event services and organizes research findings on domestic and international event service strategies,event volunteer services and quality,and spectator service risk management.The results indicate that research on event services abroad started earlier than in China.However,foreign event service concepts do not entirely align with China's national and social conditions.China has yet to establish a comprehensive set of commonly applicable domestic event service standards,and there is a lack of in-depth research on event services.Many issues related to event services require further exploration.
