A Study on Economic Efficiency Measurement and Influencing Factors of China's Sports Industry Based on SBM-Tobit Model
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the economic efficiency and influencing factors of China's physical entity industry.METHOD:This study employs the SBM-Tobit model,in conjunction with data envelopment analysis and Tobit regression,a comprehensive evaluation of the economic efficiency of the sports entity industry was conducted.RESULTS:China's sport entity industry is undergoing multidimensional development,propelled by government policies,active participation,and industrial innovation.Noticeable efficiency disparities exist among different provinces,necessitating the formulation of differentiated policies to enhance overall efficiency.Among the influencing factors,the widespread adoption of sports,sports consumption,and green indices significantly impact the industry,providing opportunities for the government to implement policies fostering development in these areas.SUGGESTIONS:Enhance the quality of sports events and invest in sports talent development,formulate differentiated policies to stimulate development in different provinces,and maintain a focus on environmental conservation and sustainable growth.These initiatives are anticipated to bolster the sustainable development of China's sports industry.
