A Critical Examination and Optimization Strategy for the Cultivation of Female Reserve Football Talents in Chinese Universities from a Systems Theory Perspective
To advance women's football in China's universities,this study employs methods such as literature analysis and logical reasoning,utilizing a systems theory approach to explore the development of female college reserve football talents.Analyzing the systemic features of the reserve talent cultivation system,the study reevaluates current challenges,including the lack of comprehensiveness,coherence,openness,and hierarchy in the process of cultivating female reserve football talents in China's universities and colleges.Building upon this analysis,the paper proposes optimization strategies,including enhancing the overall structure,reinforcing coherence at each stage,increasing the openness of resources,and refining hierarchical aspects of the talent cultivation system.The goal is to provide guidance and insights for the enhancement of the reserve talent development system for female football in China's universities.
