An In-depth Examination of College Students'Avoidance Behavior in Extracurricular Physical Exercise Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior
OBJECTIVE:This study delves into the profound mechanisms underlying avoidance behavior in extracurricular physical exercise among college students.METHODS:Utilizing research methods such as literature analysis and logical reasoning,the study dissects college students'avoidance behavior in extracurricular physical exercise through the three factors of the Theory of Planned Behavior.It explores the impact mechanisms of avoidance behavior by considering factors like behavioral attitude,subjective norm,and perceived behavioral control.SUGGESTIONS:Reinforcing sports culture promotion,regulating societal expectations,and improving time management and skill training are suggested.Additionally,enhancing the availability of sports facilities and resources is suggested.These measures aim to circumvent college students'avoidance behavior in extracurricular physical exercise,fostering proactive engagement and facilitating the holistic development of students'physical and mental well-being.
