Exploring the Implementation of a Tripartite PDCA Cycle in Physical Education Teaching and Learning at Higher Education Institutions
Throughout history, the dynamics between"teaching"and"learning"have remained at the core of educational discourse. In the current phase of China's higher education, the overarching theme is the"enhancement of educational quality,"with reform and innovation emerging as pivotal trends in global higher education teaching and learning practices. In response to challenges encountered in physical education classrooms, this study introduces and executes a practical teaching model based on a tripartite collaboration within the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)cycle.The model integrates elements of"exchange, learn, practice, strengthen, and integrate"into classroom teaching, concurrently proposing a strategic path labeled"addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division"for higher education physical education teaching. This approach aims to catalyze an elevation in the quality of both"teaching"and"learning."
