Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Cervical Health Exercises Combined with Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis in College Students
This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of cervical health exercise combined with pulsed electromagnetic therapy in treating cervical spondylosis in college students.College students meeting the criteria for cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received cervical exercise intervention, while the experimental group received additional treatment with pulsed electromagnetic therapy on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of intervention, the results showed significant differences in neck Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores, neck muscle endurance tests, and neck discomfort index scores between the two groups before and after treatment.Additionally, significant differences were observed in various metrics between the control group and the experimental group after treatment.CONCLUSION:Cervical health exercise can improve the function of cervical spondylosis in college students, and the combination with pulsed electromagnetic therapy yields better treatment outcomes.
