Exploring Optimization Strategies for Junior High School Physical Education Evaluation System in the Context of the New Curriculum Standards
Physical education emphasizes the integrated construction of"learning, practice, competition, and evaluation."As a crucial element, teaching evaluation can enhance effective teaching, harness educational wisdom, and motivate students to actively achieve learning objectives and develop core competencies. This paper employs literature review, logical analysis, and expert interviews to critically examine traditional physical education evaluation. The findings highlight issues such as a singular evaluation subject, constrained evaluation content,an emphasis on outcomes rather than processes, and outdated evaluation methods.Aligned with modern educational evaluation theories and guided by national directives and the new curriculum standards for physical education and health, the paper recommends optimization strategies. These include diversifying evaluation subjects, incorporating multidimensional evaluation content, employing diverse evaluation methods, and adopting intelligent evaluation tools. The goal is to foster students'comprehensive development and establish high-quality physical education and health classrooms.
