A Comprehensive Study on the Point-Based Assessment Strategy and Effect on Human Resource Management at the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games
With the ongoing evolution of global sports events,optimizing human resource management has emerged as a pivotal element in enhancing the overall caliber of such events.The utilization of a point-based assessment system,recognized as an effective mechanism in contemporary corporate management,is progressively finding application in the human resource management of sports events.The Chengdu Universiade Organizing Committee pioneered the incorporation of a points system in the planning of large-scale events,aligning it with event logic,and achieved commendable outcomes.This study employs methods such as literature review and logical analysis to delve into this approach.The results reveal that:(1)The point-based assessment yields optimization effects in the human resource management of the Chengdu Universiade,particularly in bolstering personnel enthusiasm and proactiveness,fostering organizational performance improvement,and refining the scientific and standardized aspects of human resource management;(2)The point-based assessment exhibits a certain degree of sustainability in optimizing the effectiveness of human organizational management.The insights from this study offer valuable considerations for the human resource management of large-scale sports events in China,providing theoretical underpinning and practical wisdom to elevate the organizational standards of sports events in the country.
