田径运动员跨项雪车项目的选材指标体系及评价标准研究

通过田径运动员跨项选材是雪车项目获得优质运动员、提高运动成绩的重要途径,但目前我国雪车跨项选材多依赖于外教的个人经验,尚未形成科学化选材体系.本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对田径运动员跨项雪车项目的基本特征、运动员形态特点、竞技能力及运动结构特征进行分析,归纳总结出影响雪车运动员运动表现的形态学、训练学和生理学因素,并确定田径运动员跨项雪车项目的选材4 类一级指标,包括身体形态、身体素质、生理机能和教练员评价.在此基础上,结合雪车项目专项特征,拟定田径运动员跨项雪车项目的选材初选指标,并筛选出与雪车项目运动表现高度相关的评价指标,构建出田径运动员跨项雪车项目的选材指标体系及评价标准.
Research on Talent Identification Index System and Evaluation Criteria of Athletes Transferring from Athletics to Bobsleigh
The cross event selection of athletics athletes is an important way to obtain high-quality athletes and improve sports performance in bobsleigh events.However,currently in China,the cross event selection of bobsleigh athletes mostly relies on the personal experience of foreign coaches and has not yet formed a scientific selection system.This article uses research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics to analyze the basic characteristics,athlete form characteristics,competitive ability,and sports structure characteristics of athletics athletes transferring to bobsleigh event.It summarizes the morphological,training,and physiological factors that affect the performance of bobsleigh athletes,and figures out four primary indicators for the selection of athletics athletes transferring to bobsleigh event,including body shape,physical fitness,physiological function,and coach evaluation.On this basis,combined with the special characteristics of the bobsleigh events,the preliminary selection indicators for athletics athletes transferring to bobsleigh events are formulated,and evaluation indicators highly related to the performance of the bobsleigh events are selected.A selection indicator system and evaluation criteria for athletics athletes transferring to bobsleigh events are constructed.
