Research on Multi-training Mode and Optimization Path of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents in China
In the new era,the training mode of reserve talents in competitive sports is an important way to realize the dream of sports power.In this paper,the literature review,social investigation,logic analysis and other research methods are used to study the nationwide system model,sports-education integration model,Wenzhou model,individual-family model of China's competitive sports reserve talent training.It is found that at present,the training model of competitive sports reserve talents in China is characterized by"one mainsteam and multiple auxiliary",and the nationwide system still occupies a dominant position in the cultivation model of competitive sports reserve talents in China.But with the continuous development of sports in our country in the new era,administrative departments,social systems,and family forces also participate in the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,enriching the sports reserve talent training mode in China.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization path of training mode of reserve talents in sports in China:activating social forces,promoting multi-mode collaborative innovation;putting people first and making development models more sustainable;combining equality and effect to coordinate the interests of each model;governing according to law,and improving the legal procedures of multi-mode collaborative governance and other optimization paths.
