A Study on the Physical Characteristics and Training Strategies of Competitive Tennis Sports
With the continuous improvement of the overall competitive ability of tennis,more and more coaches and athletes have realized the important role and significance of specialized physical training in improving the competitive ability of athletes.The level of specialized physical fitness has even become a key factor restricting tennis sports ability.Through research methods such as literature review,this paper aims to gain a deeper understanding and analysis of the specialized physical characteristics of competitive tennis,and to combine relevant specialized training principles with sports training theory;Furthermore,a strategy for specialized physical fitness training in competitive tennis is proposed,aiming to provide scientific and effective training guidance for athletes,helping them improve their overall strength and competitive level.Research has found that the specialized physical fitness of tennis players mainly includes:specialized strength quality characteristics,specialized speed quality characteristics,specialized endurance quality characteristics,specialized sensitivity and coordination quality characteristics,and specialized flexibility quality characteristics.In specialized physical training,the following principles should be followed:individual difference training,gradual and comprehensive systematic principles,comprehensive development and practical guidance principles,and principles of rest and recovery chemistry.Based on the above,the targeted training strategies are proposed to assist athletes and trainers in scientifically formulating training plans,arranging training content reasonably,and achieving the best training results during the training process.
