The Influence of Sling Exercise Training combined with Rehabilitation Exercise on the Rehabilitation Effect of Tennis Players after Trunk Injury
The aim of this study is to explore the rehabilitation effect of sling exercise training(SET)combined with rehabilitation exercises on tennis players with trunk injuries.Methods:Through literature review method,experimentation method,and mathematical statistics method,the experimental subjects including 116 second level tennis players were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.They received sling exercise training combined with rehabilitation exercise and conventional rehabilitation treatment,respectively.The observation indicators cover multiple aspects such as injury severity,gait parameters,incidence of complications,and rehabilitation scores.The research results showed that during the rehabilitation process,the experimental group showed significant advantages in terms of injury severity,incidence of complications,and spinal cord injury,but no significant effect was observed in improving gait parameters.Conclusion:The combination of sling exercise training and rehabilitation exercise has a significant impact on the severity of trunk injuries;sling exercise training combined with rehabilitation exercise may effectively reduce the risk of complications after trunk injury;sling exercise training combined with rehabilitation exercise may have a significant improvement in ASIA grading after spinal cord injury.It is recommended to introduce sling exercise training combined with rehabilitation exercise into the field of spinal cord injury rehabilitation,strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of gait parameters and the development of rehabilitation strategies for tennis players,increase research perspectives from multiple disciplines such as biology and neurology,and explore the effect of sling exercise training combined with rehabilitation exercise on neurological and physiological levels.
