A Study on the Effect of Progressive Core Training on the Promotion of Physical Functions of 100m Racers after Spinal Injury
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of progressive core training on the physical functions of 100m racers after spinal injury. Methods:Using research methods such as literature review, experimentation and mathematical statistics,58 100m racers with spinal injuries were divided into an observation group and a control group.Progressive core training and traditional rehabilitation training were performed respectively.Multiple objective evaluation indicators(such as ODI,JOA,BBS,and VAS scores)were used to evaluate the rehabilitation effect. The results showed that the observation group showed better spinal function, neurological function, balance ability, and pain perception after rehabilitation, with significant differences compared to the control group. This indicates that progressive core training has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of 100 meter racers with spinal injuries. It is suggested to promote the application of progressive core training in the rehabilitation of 100m racers with spinal injuries, strengthen the personalization and systematicity of progressive core training, and conduct in-depth scientific research on progressive core training.
