A Comparative Study on the Basic Physical Fitness of Female Judo Athletes of Small to Medium Weight Levels
The objective of this paper is to study the effect of three physical fitness qualities on women's judo.Methods:Using literature review and mathematical statistics methods,a comparative study was conducted on three basic physical fitness indicators of female judo athletes in the national,provincial,and municipal teams.Results:In the comparison of the 3000 meter race,all levels showed significant differences between the national team and the city team;There is a significant difference between the national team and the city team in the-57 kg and-63 kg categories in the comparison of bench push,while there is only a significant difference between the national team and the provincial team in the-57 kg category;In the comparison of squats,except for the-48 kg level,the other three levels showed significant differences between the national team and the city team,while the provincial team and the city team only showed significant differences in the-57 kg level.Conclusion:There is a consistent difference between the national team and the city team in the four levels of 3000 meter running indicators,and there is a consistent difference in the three levels of squatting,indicating that aerobic endurance and maximum lower limb strength are the main two factors contributing to the difference between the city team level and the national team level.
