长沙市社区老年公共体育服务智慧化发展研究
Research on the Intelligent Development of Community Public Sports Service for the Elderly in Changsha City

摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,全面分析长沙市社区公共体育服务智慧化发展价值意蕴、实践困境,并提出行动路向.研究发现,长沙市社区公共体育服务智慧化发展实践困境主要表现为智慧转型动力不足、供需失衡和辐射面狭窄、缺乏智慧顶层设计.据此,提出行动路向建议:多方参与精益化设计,提升保障能力;合理规划精准化布局,提供物力人力;数据驱动精确化识别,搭建智慧平台,以此助力实现长沙市社区老年公共体育服务智慧化公平、可及、惠及老年人群,加快全民健身公共服务现代化进程.
Abstract
Using literature review method,questionnaire survey method,and logic analysis method,this paper comprehensively analyzes the value implication and practical dilemma of the intelligent development of community public sports service in Changsha,and puts forward the action direction.It is found that the practical dilemma of intelligent development of community public sports service in Changsha is mainly manifested as the lack of power of intelligent transformation,imbalance between supply and demand and narrow radiation surface,and lack of intelligent top-level design.The suggestions for action direction:multi-party participation in lean design to improve the support ability;reasonable planning and precise layout,providing material and human resources;accurate data-driven identification,and building an intelligent platform,so as to help realize the intelligent,fair and accessible community public sports services for the elderly,and accelerate the modernization process of public fitness service.
