Value Outlook,Principles and Rationality of the Sustainable Development of Harbin Asian Winter Games Heritage
The sustainable development of Olympic heritage is put forward by International Olympic Committee in 2017,which requires the participation of all stakeholders of the Olympic Movement to achieve the sustainable development goals of the Olympic Movement through cooperation and efforts.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper prospectively explores the value,principle and development path of the sustainable development of Harbin Asian Winter Games heritage.The research results show that the sustainable development of Harbin Asian Winter Games heritage has the values of dynamically meeting the multi-dimensional needs of the public,continuously promoting China to become a sports power,boosting the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation,and actively building a community of human destiny.And it needs to follow the people-oriented,overall system,step by step development principles.In order to promote the sustainable development of Harbin Asian Winter Games heritage,it is suggested to clarify the development direction from the aspects of optimizing the construction of infrastructure around the city,strengthening the protection of urban ecological civilization,restructuring the organizational process of governance,and strengthening the humanistic care.
