Research on the Implementation Path of Reuse of Idle Industrial Space for Sports from the Perspective of Urban Renewal
How to effectively use the idle industrial space generated in the process of urbanization is an important issue in urban renewal.This paper uses literature review,case analysis and other research methods to study the reuse of idle industrial space for sports from the perspective of urban renewal.The results show that idle industrial space can revitalize the stock of land,improve land efficiency,promote sports economy,promote industrial upgrading,optimize urban layout,enhance urban function,continue industrial memory,and shape urban style.At present,the implementation difficulties of the reuse of idle industrial space for sports include:a lack of supporting policies and weak collaborative implementation;a high risk of renovation and a lack of investment motivation;a lack of humanistic philosophy and public participation;inappropriate building protection and industrial cultural discontinuity.Based on this,the implementation path for the reuse of idle industrial space for sports from the perspective of urban renewal is proposed:improving policy implementation and implementing it in a systematic manner;encouraging the participation of social capital,promoting mutual benefit and win-win development;expanding the level of public participation,embracing the wisdom of the people and prioritizing practical results;inheriting urban industrial culture and inject vitality into the city through culture.
