本文运用文献资料法法、田野调查法等研究方法,以推动民族地区学校体育治理、提升教育质量为抓手,对我国民族地区学校体育治理发展的现实困境进行剖析,提出深化体教融合下我国民族地区学校体育治理的实践路径:转变教育观念,着眼新时代学校体育育人目标;优化教育资源配置,强化学校体育发展内生动力;提升政策执行主体认知和能力,确保学校体育政策有效执行;推进依法治校,实现学校体育治理的法制化,从而实现我国学校体育整体化、同步化的发展.
School Sports Governance in Minority Areas under the Background of Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education——Practical Challenges and Development Path
This paper uses research methods such as literature review and field investigation to promote the school sports governance in ethnic areas and improve the quality of education.It analyzes the practical difficulties in the development of school sports governance in ethnic areas in China and proposes a practical path for deepening the integration of sports and education in schools in ethnic areas:changing educational concepts and focusing on the goal of physical education in schools in the new era;optimizing the allocation of educational resources and strengthening the endogenous driving force of school sports development;enhancing the awareness and ability of policy implementers to ensure the effective implementation of school sports policies;promoting the rule of law in school management,achieving the legalization of school sports governance,thus achieving the overall and synchronized development of school sports in China.
