Research on the Effect of Intelligent Teaching Model in Physical Education on Students'Physical Fitness and Self-efficacy
This paper aims to investigate the impact of intelligent teaching models on the efficacy of exercise workload and students'physical fitness and self-efficacy in physical education classes,thereby providing a research foundation for enhancing students'physical fitness level.Methods:A total of 174 freshmen were selected and randomly divided into traditional group(87 students)and wisdom group(87 students).The traditional group carried out routine physical education teaching and exercise.On this basis,the wisdom group applied wisdom teaching aids of"rain classroom"and"exercise load monitoring".Both groups of students underwent 16 weeks of physical education teaching,and the effective exercise load,physical fitness indicators,and self-efficacy scores in the classroom were compared between the two groups of students.Result:(1)The effective classroom exercise MVPA of the wisdom group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(55.14%vs 40.23%,P<0.05).The standing long jump,sitting forward bend,pull-up/1 minute sit-up were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The results of 50-meter run and 1000-meter/800-meter run were significantly lower than those of the traditional group.(2)The paired t test showed that the speed,strength,endurance and flexibility of the wisdom group students were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the traditional group(P>0.05).(3)Both teaching modes can improve the self-efficacy of college students,but compared with traditional physical education teaching mode,intelligent physical education teaching mode can improve the level of self-efficacy of college students more effectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent physical education teaching model can increase the MVPA of college students and the effective exercise load in the classroom,promoting the improvement of their speed,endurance,and strength qualities;The intelligent physical education model can more effectively improve the self-efficacy level of college students.
