Research on the Application of KDL Teaching Concept in Athletics Courses in Chinese Universities——A Case Study on Shanxi Agricultural University
This article uses research methods such as literature review,experiment,questionnaire survey and testing to conduct 12 weeks of KDL concept teaching and specialized training teaching for two athletics classes at Shanxi Agricultural University in 2022.The results show that both teaching methods have their own emphasis and have a good promoting effect on students;The teaching effect of specialized training in promoting students'physical health is better than that of KDL concept teaching,and the teaching effect of KDL concept teaching in cultivating students'interest in sports is better than that of specialized training teaching;Considering the long-term reality,the teaching effect of KDL concept teaching is better than that of specialized teaching.It is suggested that universities should transform the current teaching mode and implement KDL concept teaching curriculum reform from the perspective of promoting personalized development of students and achieving lifelong physical education goals.
