传统体育课教学结合体育俱乐部教学模式对女大学生体质测试成绩的影响研究——以湖北恩施学院为例

本文运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,以湖北恩施学院2022 级非体育专业2 个女生排球选项班为调查对象,进行传统体育课教学与传统体育课教学结合俱乐部教学模式的教学对比实验,1 周1 次课,为期16 周.结果显示,实验前,2 组体质测试成绩无显著性差异;实验后,对照组体质测试成绩与实验前无显著性差异,实验组除1 min仰卧起坐测试成绩与实验前差异性不明显外,身高、体重、肺活量、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、50 m跑、800 m跑的测试成绩较实验前呈极显著性差异.由此可见,传统教学模式结合体育俱乐部教学模式能有效地提升大学生的体质健康水平,建议其他高校进行推广.
Research on the Influence of Traditional Physical Education Combined with Sports Club Teaching Mode on the Physical Fitness Test Results of Female College Students——A Case Study on Hubei Enshi College
This article uses research methods such as literature review,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics to conduct a comparative experiment between traditional physical education teaching and club teaching mode in two female volleyball elective classes for non-sports majors in Enshi College,Hubei Province in 2022.The experiment takes place once a week for a period of 16 weeks.The results showed that there was no significant difference in physical fitness test scores between the two groups before the experiment;After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the physical fitness test results of the control group compared to before the experiment.Except for the unclear difference in the 1-minute sit up test results of the experimental group compared to before the experiment,the test results of height,weight,lung capacity,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,50 meter run,and 800 meter run showed extremely significant differences compared to before the experiment.It can be seen that the combination of traditional teaching mode and sports club teaching mode can effectively improve the physical health level of college students.It is recommended that other universities promote this mode.
