An Experimental Study of the Effects of Martial Arts Fitness Exercises on Students'Physical Health from the Perspective of"Double Reduction"Policy
The physical health of young people is related to people's happiness, national revitalization, national wealth and strength, this study aims to explore the effects of martial arts fitness exercise on the physical health of primary school students from the perspective of"Double Reduction"policy.Methods:40 second-grade students from an elementary school in Guangzhou were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 20 students each for a 14-week experimental course using the literature method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The experimental group was taught martial arts fitness exercise+regular physical education classes, and the control group was taught regular physical education classes.Results:(1)After 14 weeks of experimental courses, the experimental group before and after the experiment in the body shape, physical function and physical fitness indicators have very significant differences(P<0.01);(2)the control group before and after the experiment in the body shape has a very significant difference(P<0.01),the BMI and physical fitness indicators have a significant difference(P<0.05),there is no significant difference between the lung capacity(P>0.05);(3)compared with the control group, the experimental group had significant differences in the two indicators of seated forward bending and one-minute rope skipping(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional physical education classes and physical education classes integrating martial arts fitness exercises have different degrees of improvement effects on the physical fitness level of primary school students. However the physical education classes integrating martial arts fitness exercises have a more obvious effect on the improvement of students'physical fitness level.
