Research on the Construction of Quality Cultivation System for Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in China from the Perspective of System Theory
Physical education teachers,as an important and dynamic component of China's teaching staff,play a crucial role in the development of school physical education and the popularization of youth sports.Using literature analysis,this paper investigates the quality cultivation system of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in China from the perspective of System Theory.After analyzing the impact of factors such as policies,economy,society,and individuals on the cultivation of physical education teacher quality,this paper proposes functional characteristics such as completeness,synergy,dynamism,and effectiveness that the primary and secondary school physical education teacher quality cultivation system should possess.Based on this,it proposes suggestions such as adhering to the principle of combining morality and talent,strengthening teacher training,improving evaluation mechanisms,emphasizing practical teaching,and strengthening interdisciplinary intersection.
