Thoughts on the Construction of Physical Education Curriculum in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools in Northern Jiangsu Province
Due to economic constraints and other factors,the construction of physical education courses in rural primary and secondary schools in northern Jiangsu Province has always been unsatisfactory,resulting in a significant gap in development compared to the central and southern regions of the province.This has become one of the main bottlenecks that hinder Jiangsu Province from moving towards an education and sports strong province.Based on this,the article uses methods such as literature review,expert interviews,field research,and logical analysis to analyze the current situation of physical education curriculum teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in northern Jiangsu.It identifies the existing problems,including insufficient venues and equipment,shortage of physical education teachers in quantity and quality,and single teaching content and methods.It explores the basic principles of physical education curriculum construction in rural primary and secondary schools in northern Jiangsu Province,including the priority of fairness and justice,the principle of maximizing teaching efficiency,the principle of reasonable curriculum layout,and the principle of sustainable development.It proposes optimization paths for the construction of physical education courses in rural primary and secondary schools in northern Jiangsu Province:opening up resources and reducing costs,constructing a guarantee mechanism for the construction of rural physical education discipline infrastructure;internal training and external introduction,strengthening the cultivation and improvement of the overall quality of physical education teachers;organizing and carrying out extracurricular sports activities according to local conditions and the actual situation of the schools;proactively seeking change,actively seeking policy support and social resources to make up for its own shortcomings.
