A Systematic Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Power Output Parameter Guided Exercise Health Interventions
This paper aims to develop a systematic evaluation framework for the effectiveness of exercise health intervention plans guided by power output parameters,so as to serve as a reference for physicians, rehabilitation therapists, data service personnel, and researchers engaged in corresponding exercise interventions. Methods:Based on the unified theory of the calculation of power output, and considering the characteristics and current situation of different cardiovascular disease risk populations in China(including healthy individuals, those at risk of cardiovascular diseases, those with cardiovascular diseases and other chronic conditions, and those with cardiovascular diseases and complications),the corresponding power-output guided exercise and health intervention programs was developed, and intervention effects was evaluated through follow-up.Results:A set of evaluation plans has been developed for specific scenarios of exercise health interventions targeting populations with different levels of cardiovascular risk, under real-time monitoring of exercise power. This plan includes an evaluation of the physiological, psychological, and social benefits and potential injuries of participants who receive exercise intervention,as well as an evaluation of the user experience of supporting software and hardware. At the same time,it involves the benefits and risks of health economics in promoting the plan.
