运动抑制肿瘤发生发展的分子机制研究进展

众所周知,运动能够降低恶性肿瘤发病率并抑制肿瘤发生.根据经典组织原则,本文对运动与肿瘤相关的分子机制研究进行归纳,在总结运动在维持肿瘤增殖信号、逃避生长抑制、抵抗细胞死亡、实现复制永生、诱导血管生成以及激活侵袭和转移等方面机制基础上,发现运动是通过直接影响肿瘤内在分子机制及其与运动产生的全身效果相互作用来抑制肿瘤发生的.本文综述表明运动可以作为预防和治疗肿瘤的有效策略.
Research Progress on the Molecular Mechanism of Exercise Inhibiting Tumor Incidence and Development
It is widely acknowledged that exercise can reduce cancer incidence and suppress tumorigenesis.Based on the classical organizational principles,this paper summarizes the molecular mechanisms of exercise and tumor,and summarizes the mechanisms of exercise in maintaining tumor proliferation signals,including escaping growth inhibition,resisting cell death,achieving replication immortality,inducing angiogenesis,and activating invasion and metastasis.It is found that exercise directly affects the intrinsic molecular mechanisms of tumors and the systemic effects of exercise to inhibit tumorigenesis.This review indicates that exercise can be an effective strategy for preventing and treating tumors.
