Electromyographic and Kinetics Analysis of Deadlift Technique with Varying Stance Widths
The purpose of this study is to compare the muscle activity characteristics and knee torque of deadlift techniques with shoulder width ratio of 1,1.5,and 2.Methods:With research methods such as literature review, experimentation and mathematical statistics, eight Qualisys600 series infrared high-speed cameras, one AMTI-0.5m force measuring table,DELSY surface electromyography signal and sensor and QTMmotion capture system collected the relevant data of 8 subjects at 8RM intensity, and used Opensim,MATLAB and SPSS for data processing and statistical processing. Results:The activation degree of medial gastrocnemius muscle was significantly higher than that of 1.5 times shoulder width(P<0.05),and the activation degree of lateral femoris muscle, medial femoris muscle and tibialis anterior muscle was significantly lower than that of 1.5 times shoulder width(P<0.05).The activation degree of the medial gastnemius muscle in 1.5 times shoulder width deadlift technique was significantly greater than that in 2 times shoulder width deadlift technique(P<0.05),and the activation degree of the lateral femoris muscle, medial femoris muscle and tibialis anterior muscle was significantly less than that in 2 times shoulder width(P<0.05).The knee flexion torque and adductive torque at 2 times shoulder width were significantly greater than that in 1.5 times shoulder width hard pull technique(P<0.05).The flexion moment and adduction moment at 1.5 times shoulder width were significantly greater than those at the same shoulder width(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of standing distance, the activation degree of medial femoris muscle, lateral femoris muscle and tibialis anterior muscle increased, the medial gastrocnemius muscle decreased, the flexion moment and adduction moment of knee joint increased.
