长期军事体能训练对女性青年学员体成分及骨密度影响的研究

目的:研究长期军事体能训练对女性青年学员体成分、骨密度产生的影响,为日常训练提供参考依据.方法:运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取某陆军院校健康女性青年学员为实验对象,随机分成实验组(19人)和对照组(27 人)进行实验研究,采用双能X射线骨密度仪对实验对象进行体成分检测.结果:(1)实验组全身脂肪百分比、肥胖质量/体重、躯干脂肪比/腿部脂肪比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而腹臀比、躯干/四肢脂肪质量比则不存在差异(P>0.05);(2)实验组和对照组的消瘦指数均呈增加趋势,不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);(3)实验组和对照组的整体骨密度、年龄匹配Z-评分不具有显著性差异(P>0.05).(4)实验组左右侧下肢去脂体重差显著低于对照组(P<0.05),左右侧上肢去脂体重差、上下肢去脂体重比、上下肢整体质量比不存在差异(P>0.05).结论:长期体能训练可显著降低女性青年学员身体脂肪,但对其骨密度影响不大.建议:在未来训练方案中增加一些成骨训练,以促进骨健康.
A Study on the Changes of Body Composition and Bone Mineral Density of Young Female Trainees in Long-term Military Physical Training
The objective of this paper is to study the effects of long-term military physical training on body composition and bone mineral density of young female trainees,and to provide reference for daily training.Methods:Through research methods such as literature review,experimentation and mathematical statistics,healthy female young students from a certain army academy were selected as experimental subjects,who were randomly divided into an experimental group(19 people)and a control group(27 people)for experimental research.The body composition of the subjects was detected by dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.Results:(1)The total body fat percentage,obesity mass/body weight,trunk fat ratio/leg fat ratio in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but there were no differences in abdominal hip ratio and trunk/limbs fat mass ratio(P>0.05).(2)Wasting index showed an increasing trend,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)There were no significant differences in overall bone mineral density and age-matched Z-score(P>0.05).(4)The weight difference of the left and right lower limbs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there were no differences in the weight difference of the left and right upper limbs,the weight ratio of the upper and lower limbs and the whole mass ratio of the upper and lower limbs(P>0.05).Conclusion:Long-term physical training can significantly reduce the body fat of young female trainees,but has little effect on their bone mineral density.It is suggested that some osteogenic training should be added to the future training program to promote bone health.
