Analysis of Load Characteristics of Basketball Players in Different Positions Based on Wearable Devices
This study employs literature review, experimental methods, and mathematical statistics to investigate the load characteristics of basketball players in different positions using wearable devices.Ten professional male basketball players were monitored during games to explore the variations in load characteristics among different positions. The results indicate significant differences in metrics such as total running distance and distance covered per minute between the center group and the guard/forward groups(GVS.C,P≤0.05,GVS.F,P≤0.05).Based on these findings,it is recommended that the contribution of players in different positions should not be solely quantified by metrics.Training plans should be tailored to balance internal and external loads based on the specific characteristics of each position, aiming to enhance athletes'performance and prevent sports injuries.
