Analysis of the Changes in Competitive Strength of Synchronized Swimming in China from 2012 to 2021
This study utilizes research methods such as literature review and comparative analysis to comprehensively analyze the competitive strength demonstrated by Chinese synchronized swimmers in the Olympic Games and World Swimming Championships from 2012 to 2021.The results show that from 2012 to 2021,the performance of Chinese synchronized swimming has generally remained stable,with higher completion rates in the Olympic Games compared to the World Championships.The level of competitive ability within the regular competition cycle has shown an increasing trend,consistently ranking among the top three with a focus on achieving second place or contending for first place.The transitional period between new and veteran athletes has been effectively improved,and the training technique utilizing the advantage of"twins"is gradually maturing.
