国内外竞技体育后备人才培养综述研究

摘要
在中国式现代化背景下,我国正从体育大国向体育强国迈进,其中竞技体育后备人才的培养问题成为关键桎梏.厘清国内外竞技体育后备人才培养的研究现状和发展态势,对解决我国竞技体育后备人才培养的诸多问题具有一定的作用.本文主要运用文献资料法、对比分析法等研究方法,述评国内外竞技体育后备人才培养现状和发展态势,以期为我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供参考,助力体育强国建设.
Abstract
As China progresses towards becoming a sports powerhouse,the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports has emerged as a critical aspect.Understanding the current status and future trends of research on the development of reserve talents in domestic and international competitive sports is essential for addressing the challenges faced by China in this area.This study employs research methods such as literature review and comparative analysis to evaluate the current development status and future prospects of reserve talents in competitive sports.The findings aim to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing reserve talent development in competitive sports in China,thereby contributing to the nation's journey towards becoming a sports power.
