复合型教练团队人才培养的时代价值、现实挑战与优化策略研究

摘要
人才培养是复合型教练团队建设的起始性工作.本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑推理法,以复合型教练团队人才培养的时代价值为导向,分析了复合型教练团队人才培养的现实挑战,并从强化教练员培养的顶层设计、调控教练员培养的中坚力量、发挥数字媒体的渗透作用与转变体育人才传统思想范式等4 个方面对我国教练团队人才培养提出了整体优化策略,以期为我国复合型教练团队的建设与发展提供参考.
Abstract
Talent development serves as the initial work in building composite coaching teams.This study,guided by the era value of talent development in composite coaching teams,utilizes literature review,expert interviews,and logical reasoning to analyze the real challenges in talent development and proposes four overall optimization strategies for talent development in coaching teams in China.These strategies include strengthening top-level design for coach development,empowering key players in regulating coach development,leveraging the penetration of digital media,and transforming traditional paradigms of sports talent development.The aim is to provide insights for the construction and development of composite coaching teams in China.
