Analysis and Insights into the Practice Path of Public Sports Facilities in South Korea
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to analyze the practice path of public sports facilities in South Korea,explore their development patterns,and provide theoretical references for the sustainable development of public sports facilities in China.METHOD:The study utilizes literature review and field surveys to collect and organize relevant materials on public sports facilities in South Korea.RESULTS:South Korea has prioritized policy guidance,continuously improved its legal and regulatory framework,and guided the optimal allocation of public sports facilities.It has also relied on project implementation to enhance the promotion and utilization of public sports facilities and focused on the integration of management and education to facilitate the sustainable development of public sports facility services.RECOMMENDATIONS:It is recommended to establish a standardized and scientific top-level design,and improve the institutional system.Demand-oriented approaches should be adopted to promote infrastructure construction and address the imbalance in facility distribution.Policy guidance should be utilized to support diversified channels for assistance and promotion,fostering market-oriented reforms.Sustainable development should be the goal,with a focus on coordinated development of management and services to enhance people's well-being.
