Textual Analysis of China's Policies on Women's Sports since the Beginning of the 21st Century
This study adopts a policy tool perspective to examine the quantity,issuing authorities,and thematic focus of women's sports policies implemented in China since the 21st century.The findings reveal that the current development of women's sports policies in China faces challenges such as insufficient legal regulations,inadequate funding,and a lag in the development of the sports industry and services.Based on these findings,the following recommendations are proposed:optimize the combination of policy tools,with a focus on establishing comprehensive legal frameworks as a means of protection;coordinate and lead women's sports policies,promoting collaborative development among diverse stakeholders;enhance funding for women's sports through multiple channels to facilitate the improvement of the women's sports ecosystem;strengthen the government's leadership role and encourage the active involvement of various social organizations;establish a coordinated and interactive model among key stakeholders to foster the diversified and coordinated development of women's sports.
