Study on Collaborative Governance of Social Forces'Participation in Physical Education in Schools
This study employs research methods such as literature review, field surveys, and expert interviews to analyze the challenges of collaborative governance involving social forces in school physical education instruction.Drawing upon evolutionary game theory, the study examines the game strategies and motivations of various stakeholders in the collaborative governance process and constructs a three-party evolutionary game model.Simulation analysis using Matlab2020a software is conducted to explore the influence of different strategic choices on the evolution process and outcomes. The study aims to provide a theoretical basis for addressing governance issues and achieving efficient collaborative governance,as well as proposing a path for effective collaboration. Results indicate that during the collaborative governance process, factors such as governance costs, incentive and accountability mechanisms, social reputation, and feedback and compensation mechanisms of the government, schools, and families as governance entities have a significant impact on the evolution process of collaborative governance.Game participants make strategic choices based on their own interests.Based on the evolutionary game model and simulation analysis, the study proposes the following paths for collaborative governance:improving policy and regulatory systems to establish collaborative governance norms;clarifying the functions of governance entities to stimulate collaborative governance motivation;enhancing collaborative governance capabilities to improve effectiveness;and establishing and improving relevant mechanisms to enhance the collaborative governance system.
