A Study on the Effect of Functional Compound Strength Training on Lower Limb Explosive Power in Students Specialized in Short-Distance Sprint
We conducted an empirical study on the effect of functional compound strength training on the development of lower limb explosive power in short-distance sprint specialized students,by research methods such as literature review, experimental design, and mathematical statistics. The aim is to examine whether intervention through functional compound strength training can enhance lower limb explosive power in sprinters. The results indicate that after 12 weeks of lower limb strength training, the effects of functional compound strength training on 30-meter sprint, standing long jump, countermovement jump(CMJ)peak power, and peak force are more significant compared to traditional resistance training. However, traditional resistance training shows a greater improvement in 1RM(one-repetition maximum)squat compared to functional compound strength training. Conclusion:Functional compound strength training is a safe and effective method for strength training, providing a beneficial supplement to traditional strength training. Its integration into strength training has high potential for widespread adoption and application.
