This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to explore the value orientation and real challenges involved in cultivating integrated and compound talents in the field of martial medicine,in the context of Healthy China. It also proposes effective mitigation strategies to address these challenges, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the reform of talent cultivation systems in martial medicine. The research argues that the value orientation for cultivating integrated and compound talents in martial medicine, under the umbrella of Healthy China, serves as a logical starting point for achieving"national health"and promoting"public participation in sports."It also plays a crucial role in meeting the"demands of the era"and facilitating"innovation transformation"in martial medicine, while accurately addressing the"health-related demands"and"medical supply."The identified real challenges include an indifferent talent cultivation environment, limited participation of diverse stakeholders,a talent supply-demand mismatch, and inconsistent talent cultivation standards between educational institutions and enterprises. To mitigate these challenges, the study suggests strategies such as enhancing the dissemination of value-oriented concepts to improve the social environment for talent cultivation, innovating university education plans to expand the pool of integrated and compound talents in martial medicine, training interdisciplinary teachers to transform the talent cultivation system in universities, and adopting a unified talent management model to bridge the talent gap in the martial medicine market.
