Construction and Practice of Online and Offline Blended Teaching Mode of Aerobics Course Based on Core Literacy Orientation
Blended teaching mode,combining online and offline methods,has become a trend in physical education.This study takes the aerobics course as an example and adopts the core literacy as the guiding principle.Based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,it explores the construction and practical implementation of the blended teaching mode from aspects such as determining teaching objectives,restructuring teaching content,refining assessment plans,and evaluating the effectiveness of practice.The results indicate that the adoption of blended teaching mode enhances the effectiveness of instruction,transforms students'learning attitudes,improves students'comprehensive literacy,and enhances their fitness abilities.
