Development Opportunities,Real Challenges, and Path Selection for Extracurricular Sports Training in the Compulsory Education Stage under the"Dual Reduction"Policy
Extracurricular sports training plays a crucial role in school physical education. This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to analyze the development opportunities, real challenges, and path selection for extracurricular sports training in the compulsory education stage under the"Dual Reduction"policy. The aim is to provide insights for improving extracurricular sports training in this stage. The research highlights that the continuous support of school sports policies, the standardized transformation of extracurricular subject training, the standardization of in-school subject assignments, and the correction of the roles of academic and non-academic subjects offer significant development opportunities for extracurricular sports training. However, challenges such as incomplete coverage of training targets, limited training content, inadequate trainers, and insufficient training facilities need to be addressed. Therefore, the study proposes a path to promote high-quality development of extracurricular sports training, including the creation of a conducive"micro-environment"and the integration of an"assisted-promotion"approach to establish behavioral foundations.Additionally,leveraging"micro-lessons"and"digitalization"to provide technical support, implementing a competition system featuring both"fundamental skills competitions"and"official competitions"to sustain motivation, and adopting an evaluation system combining"cumulative-based"and"outcome-based"approaches.
