摘要

目的:探讨冲击波联合等速肌力训练对早中期膝骨关节炎的研究现状.方法:运用文献资料法等研究方法,通过中国知网、Pubmed、Web of science、万方、维普等数据库对冲击波治疗及等速肌力训练对早中期膝骨关节炎影响的相关文献进行综述和归纳.结果:冲击波治疗对于早中期膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛、僵硬、VAS、Lequesne指数评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数均有一定改善;等速肌力训练能够提高早中期膝骨关节炎患者膝关节周围肌力及关节活动度,同时对本体感觉也有一定的影响.结论:冲击波联合等速肌力训练可以有效地缓解早中期膝骨关节炎患者疼痛及改善身体的功能.

Abstract

Objective:This study aims to explore the current research status of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)combined with isokinetic muscle training on early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Using research methods such as literature review,relevant literature on the effects of shockwave therapy and isokinetic muscle training on early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis was reviewed and summarized from databases including CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science,Wanfang,and VIP.Results:ESWT has shown improvements in pain,stiffness,VAS scores,Lequesne index scores,and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores in patients with early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.Isokinetic muscle training can enhance the muscle strength around the knee joint and improve joint mobility in patients with early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis,while also having an impact on proprioception.Conclusion:The combination of ESWT and isokinetic muscle training can effectively alleviate pain and improve physical function in patients with early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.
