优秀高尔夫球运动员一号木技术三维运动学对比分析——以2019年上海别克LPGA赛运动员林希妤和高真容的动作为例

目的:探究林希妤和高真容的一号木技术动作的特点与差异,为提升高尔夫球项目科学化训练水平提供参考。方法:采用文献资料法、三维录像解析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对林希妤和高真容比赛中的一号木挥杆技术动作进行分析。结果:(1)林希妤的开球距离显著小于高真容(P<0。05),林希妤、高真容的挥速和击球效率均值分别为(94。27±8。07)mph、(1。46±0。05)mph和(96。41±3。86)mph、(1。51±0。05)mph;(2)2 名运动员上杆顶点肩关节转动角度与挥速呈显著正相关(P<0。05),2 名运动员击球瞬间髋关节转动角度与起飞角度呈显著正相关(P<0。05);(3)准备时刻,林希妤的左膝关节角度显著小于高真容的(P<0。05);(4)上杆顶点至下杆9 点钟重心Z轴的变化,林希妤向下移动幅度的显著小于高真容的(P<0。05)。结论:(1)与高真容相比,林希妤的开球距离短,主要原因可能是挥速和击球效率造成的;(2)上杆顶点两肩转动角度的大小对挥速产生至关重要的作用,2 名运动员上杆顶点两肩转动角度和挥速相差不大;与高真容相比,林希妤击球瞬间髋关节转动角度小、起飞角度小;(3)与高真容相比,林希妤准备时刻的左膝关节角度较小;(4)上杆顶点至下杆9 点钟,林希妤的重心向下移动距离比高真容的短。
Comparative Analysis of Three-Dimensional Kinematics of the Driver Swing Technique of Outstanding Golfers——A Case Study on Lin Xiyu and Jin Young Ko's Actions in the 2019 Shanghai Buick LPGA Tournament
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the characteristics and differences in the driver swing technique of Lin Xiyu and Jin Young Ko,providing reference for the improvement of scientific training in golf.METHODS:Research methods such as literature review,three-dimensional video analysis,and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the driver swing technique of Lin Xiyu and Jin Young Ko in the tournament.RESULTS:(1)Lin Xiyu's driving distance was significantly shorter than Jin Young Ko's(P<0.05).The average swing speed and ball efficiency of Lin Xiyu and Jin Young Ko were(94.27±8.07)mph,(1.46±0.05)mph,(96.41±3.86)mph,and(1.51±0.05)mph,respectively.(2)The shoulder joint rotation angle at the top of the swing was significantly positively correlated with swing speed for both players(P<0.05),and the hip joint rotation angle at the moment of impact was significantly positively correlated with launch angle for both players(P<0.05).(3)During the setup,Lin Xiyu's left knee joint angle was significantly smaller than Jin Young Ko's(P<0.05).(4)The vertical movement of the center of gravity along the Z-axis from the top of the swing to the 9 o'clock position of the downswing was significantly smaller for Lin Xiyu compared to Jin Young Ko(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:(1)Compared to Jin Young Ko,Lin Xiyu had a shorter driving distance,possibly due to differences in swing speed and ball efficiency.(2)The magnitude of shoulder joint rotation angles at the top of the swing plays a crucial role in swing speed,and there was little difference in shoulder joint rotation angles and swing speed between the two players.Lin Xiyu had smaller hip joint rotation angles and launch angles compared to Jin Young Ko.(3)Lin Xiyu had a smaller left knee joint angle during the setup compared to Jin Young Ko.(4)The downward movement of the center of gravity from the top of the swing to the 9 o'clock position was shorter for Lin Xiyu compared to Jin Young Ko.
