With the continuous development of kayak race,the demand for reserve talent development in this sport has been increasing.This study utilizes research methods such as literature review and summarization to analyze the main influencing factors of talent selection,training methods,and educational resources in current kayak race reserve talent development.It proposes an optimization path for the development of kayak race reserve talent,including improving talent selection mechanisms,innovating training methods,and optimizing educational resources.The aim is to provide theoretical references for the development of reserve talent in kayak race.
